farm?
It is a school in the
open air, which promotes
the education to the
rural world, where
students and their
teachers can be in touch
with nature and know the
rural world, product’s
life cycle and the
features of the
territory.
. Aims:
• To increase the value
of the relationship
between city and country
• To drum up for the
discovery of the
environment and rural
activity
To recover the
environmental and
cultural value of the
territory
• To sensitize to
environmental respect
and to the rhythm of
nature
• To know the origin of
food and the passages
from the ground to the
table
• To provide information
about product’s life
cycle ( bread, pizza,
pasta, wine, oil etc..)

Our farm gives the
opportunity to organize
school trips during the
year, with different
itineraries during the
day:

1) From grape to
wine with
didactic
workshop (September);
. Didactic aims:
At the end of the
didactic itinerary,
students will know the
following subjects:
• Historical backgrounds
and curiosità about wine
• What is the grapevine
• How and when it is
possible to harvest
• The passage from grape
to wine
. Forseen activities
Guided tour and harvest.
Students will be able to
distinguish: plant of
grapevine, the parts of
bunch of grapes, the
stages of harvest.
Harvest, to press grapes,
prepare the grape juice,
fermentation of the
grape juice and
transformation into
wine, settling and
stabilization of wine
and its storage and
maturation.

sto oil with
